Originally this recipe was brewed at our place in 2014 but is now brewed at Elusive Brewing. A farmhouse style ale fermented with Saison yeast and heavily hopped and dry hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. Expect gooseberry and vinous notes on the palate with a dry finish.

# 3005; 6/2022. Malty, yeasty, herbal, gooseberry aroma. Hazy gold body; white head. Yeasty, spicy, fruity, clovy, citrus. Very good saison. 0,44 l, can, beer bar, Lincoln (Lincolnshire, England).

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Fruity aroma. Starts mild, fruity-hoppy. Some notes of peaches, some apricot. Mild sourish touch. Finish well balanced. Not bad.

[ As Weird Beard / Elusive Lord Nelson ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, hoppy, peach notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140809]

33cl bottle. Bottled June 2014. Deep amber, thick white head. Apricots, Belgian yeast, mild spicy and smoky notes. Flavor has dark fruits, orange peel, dried Apricots. Mild sweetness. Finish is long and fruity. Bitter, dry finish. Hops in finish. Pleasant, good hoppy saison.

Caña en cimmeria el 12-11-2014. Color ámbar anaranjado amarillento con poca espuma blanca aromas y sabores ligeramente maltosos y afrutados tropicales con ligeros toques herbáceos, ligero amargo final. Cuerpo medio con 6.8 fácil de beber que poco a poco según va calentando va haciéndose algo mas pastoso y denso. No esta mal, fácil de beber y "refrescante"
