500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, brass colour with small, frothy to macropore, diminishing, white head. Slightly bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of ripe banana, some overripe pear, a touch of baked banana, honey, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is rather neutral, wheaty malty with a minimally papery, bready touch, minimally yeasty fruity, diluted hints of ripe banana, a touch of wheat crisp bread, red apple, baked apple; mildly bitter and minimally grassy, hoppy finish. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Naturally a tad watery but relatively meaty, aroma doesn't stay behind a regualar Hefeweizen - pretty good for the style.

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a blond and short frothy head. Yeasty banana-fruity and wheaty aroma with clovy spicy. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slim wheaty and mildly banana-fruity taste; slim and short mildly fruity and wheaty finish with a touch of cloves. Drinkable middle-of-the road Weizen. 08.II.12

Bottle: Golden, hazy, visible carbonation, smaller - but stable - off-white head, visible carbonation; clovey nose with bananas and a mineralic-wheaty background; sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; mineral water and vegetables in the finish. At least drinkable…
