Das Meckatzer Leichte Weizen besticht durch seine Frische und eine überraschende Vollmundigkeit. Mit sechs Spezialmalzen eingebraut und in der Flasche mit feiner Hefe vergoren, beeindruckt es durch hefearomatische Nuancen und ein dezentes Säurespiel – ein erfrischender Durstlöscher.
Es zeigt sich mit feiner Hefetrübung, weißer Schaumschicht und riecht nach Gewürznelke, gelben Früchten sowie einem Hauch Vanille. Der Antrunk ist trocken und spritzig und der schlanke Körper wartet im Haupttrunk mit feinem Säurespiel auf. Das Mundgefühl ist saftig, das Finale mild.

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet malts some banana spice and wheat. Taste is more of the nice light malts wheat spice, not bad for low abv.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, leicht bananig fruchtig, minimal säuerlich.

Aroma is sweet and grainy. Some syrup. Flavor got no bitterness and is way to sweet. I find this one got nothing to do with a weissbier.

Bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass quite zippy, small head. Starts yeasty, modest fruity like banana. Mild, but not washy. Finish a bit less yeasty, also with some hoppy-dry notes. Interesting!

An unclear orange beer with a rim of fast disappearing yellowish head. The aroma is lightly of wheat. The flavor is sweet wheaty and malty, leading to a dry wheaty end. The body is thin and watery. All in all a boring beer.
