Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb ist ein natürlicher und eleganter Weissbierprotagonist aus Bayern mit einem üppig weißen Schaum. Das kupfergoldene Weizenbier mit hefetrüber Opaleszenz entfaltet einen aromatischen Duft mit harmonischer Frucht in dem Bananen und Zitrusfrüchte grüßen lassen.
Durch den höheren Kohlensäuregehalt ist es besonders spritzig und perlend. Seinen unverwechselbaren besonders frischen, dezent würzigen und fruchtigen Geschmack mit mild-süßlichem Ausklang entfaltet Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb beim genussvollen Herunterschlucken.

50cl bottle at Bar Pizzeria Bigno, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy loaded gold, with abundant white foam, very fine. Aroma is pretty intense of banana, also grainy. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, not excessive. Final is average in length.

Bottle pour from Colonial Spirits, Acton. Appearance is cloudy orange-light brown with decent sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is banana, wheat, clove. Taste is strong flavors following aroma. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, lively carbonation (a bit stinging) and finish as taste. Overall, strong flavors and aromas make this a great representative of the style. Overcarbonation detracts from it, though. Let it sit a bit.

Quite light but damn perfect refreshing wheat beer for the moment.
20250805, doggo photo, +.35, was too harsh on this in Germany, it does have citrus forward notes instead of esters but it's still refreshingly smooth with hints of phenols on the finish.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur jaune-orangée trouble, mousse blanche laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de blé, girofle bien dosé, floral. Goût de blé, girofle, pointe de banane, fine amertume. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.
