Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb ist ein natürlicher und eleganter Weissbierprotagonist aus Bayern mit einem üppig weißen Schaum. Das kupfergoldene Weizenbier mit hefetrüber Opaleszenz entfaltet einen aromatischen Duft mit harmonischer Frucht in dem Bananen und Zitrusfrüchte grüßen lassen.
Durch den höheren Kohlensäuregehalt ist es besonders spritzig und perlend. Seinen unverwechselbaren besonders frischen, dezent würzigen und fruchtigen Geschmack mit mild-süßlichem Ausklang entfaltet Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb beim genussvollen Herunterschlucken.

500ml bottle BBE in 11 months. Cloudy dull orange with a medium sized frothy head. Very distinctive aroma of yeasty banana, wheat, cloves and a couple of other spicy notes I couldn’t pin down and taste is the same. Moderate to high carbonation and medium smooth body. This is only my second Weissbier, the first being Erdinger which I now realise is a much more subtle version. This is a full blown flavoured beer and it took me aback which can only be a good thing. After a while I acclimatised to the taste to a degree. However, I enjoyed trying something different more so than I actually enjoyed this beer. As I’m still getting used to this style I may revisit this one as I’m still intrigued.

Bottle from ASDA. Another one missing from my beer records. A nice attractive aroma of banana and lemongrass. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a bubbly white head which soon dissipates. Creamy texture with light carbonation. Taste is cloves and banana with some wheat and a little ginger. Nice syrupy finish. Ticks all the boxes for a good wheat beer.

Weißbier der Nelken-Sorte und dazu echt in Ordnung. Sehr intensiv im Trunk, schön blumig, cremig, mittig etwas Banane, sogar mit Einschenk-Anleitung auf der Flasche. Kasten-Hefe.
