A classical weissbier, from the German tradition, yeasty, wheat, side of banana, fruity, a little sour, rather well balanced. Finding this beer at Innsbruck in october 2017, drinking it in Lausanne, 23.11.2018

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is malty with caramel, wheat, clove, ripe banana. Flavour is mild to medium sweet, body is medium. Acceptable if unexciting Dunkelweizen.

Hazy brown colour, beige foam. Nose of caramel, banana, wheat and perfume. Strange caramel, perfumy Taste with citrussy wheat notes. Not the best Weissbier.

Bottle 0,5 ltr: Cloudy brown coloured brew with an dry bitter taste with minimal hints of caramel and banana.

Eine grüne Flasche sieht man selten bei einem dunklen Weizen. Dunkel orange im Glas, gute Trübung. Schöner dichter Schaum, der aber nicht so lange hält. Geschmacklich haben wir hier süßes dunkles Malz mit einem Hauch von Schokolade und säuerliche Noten von Zitronensaft. Gekochte Früchte, frischer grüner Apfel und etwas Banane spielen auch mit rein, haben aber nur Statistenrollen. Das Bier klingt etwas dumpf aus, könnte von der Hefe kommen. Insgesamt schon ganz OK.

--Bottled, from Spar, Jochberg. -- Hazy nut brown, rich head. Aroma of banana, cloves and caramel. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread and banana, some bubblegum. Mid bitter finish.

Dunkel hefiger Beginn, quasi keine Süße, wenig Banane. Milde Röstnoten, etwas herb, trockener Hintergrund. Mild hefiger Abgang. 8/6/8/7/10/8
