Tap: Pale golden to golden, small white lacy head, lazy carbonation; mild sourish-fruity nose, some tame hops floating around; mild dry bitter-sweet flavour with a delicate refreshing acidity, light bodied; a light tartness in the bitter-fruity finish. Not great, but surely nothing wrong with it…

On tap at the Brewpub. Klares goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig, fruchtig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, leicht herb, frisch, süffig.

Blond color with compact head. Dry, not too weak, with light apples aroma, some malt and hay flavor, very light sweetness in the end.
Pleasant.

a) 25. July 2013. On tap at the Pub. Brewed somewhere in Bavaria.
The beer starts very watery, a bit sweet with a bit of lemon in the taste. The mainpart is very watery, nearly no body. The aftertaste is very short and - watery with a little bit of sweetness notable. --> not very recommended...

The beer is much better than last time. Slightly grainy-sweetish body with a nice moderate bitterness coming up. Not too much body, but fine for a Kölsch. Dry and slightly grainy aftertaste with a slightly sweetish-bitter aroma remaining on the tongue.
--> Much improved in comparison to my last visit!
