Fully hazy, light orange-yellow beer with a small fluffy white head. Not much nose; obviously wheat, faintly peppery. Seem to get some lactic acid, surprise, surprise. Lemony character. Pale malts & wheat. Bit dry, not much else. Light body, just a bit wheatslick. Not very carbonated. Verdict: drinkable, if not much else.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fruity, apricot, touch of citrus, clove. FLAVOR- just slightly sweet, touch of sourness, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Tasty.

bottled at the brewpub. Hazy pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Light-bodied, wheaty and yeasty - supposedly dry-hopped with cascade, which is not detectable at all. Quite thin, like a diluted standard Weizen.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Odi. Cloudy golden. Cloudy orange, white head. Yeast, phenols, infection, a bit of olives, fruitiness, dry, a bit bitter, over-carbonated. Seems off.

Bottle at the brewpub in Salzburg-Austria. Yellow muddy, white irregular tall foam. Nose: zest, lemon, sweet crumb and clove. Mouth: more bodied, fells like an ipa dressed by a weisse. Interesting weisse-ipa :)

50 cl bottle (4,0%) @ Die Weisse, Salzburg. BBE 03.11.2017. Aroma has fruity hops and some yeasty notes with mild banana tones. Also fruit candy. Flavour has some fruity hops, yeasty notes, fruit candy and mild mineral tones. A refreshing weisse with nice fruity hoppiness.

500 ml bottle at 4% ABV, bb 10/09/17, at Die Weisse, Salzburg.
Light orange, hazy body, with a big, frothy lacing, white head.
Aroma of citrus, orange, banana, some tropical fruits, vanilla, spices, some bread.
Tastes similar
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes hoppy, spicy, citric, a bit yeasty, a bit bready, slightly bitter.
Really nice. Very fresh, with the typical Weizen aromas, combined with crisp, fruity hop notes. Lighter bodied, but still fully aromatic for the low ABV. Perfect summer beer.

Fruchtiger, hell hefiger Antrunk mit geringer Süße. Leicht herb, vollmundig, auch wenn das Bier zum Ende schwächer wird. Hell, süffig, nett. 10/9/9/9//9
