Das Kärrners Weisse ist unser wunderbar hocharomatisches Weizenbier.
Im Geruch und Geschmack dominieren hier die intensiven Aromen nach reifer Banane und feiner Gewürznelke, wie sie durch eine gute, obergärige Weizenbierhefe gebildet werden. Das Aromaspiel ist harmonisch eingebettet in einen fast lieblichen, milden Körper mit nur sehr geringen, aber feinen Bitterstoffen. Genießen Sie zu diesem erfrischenden Bier in unserem Kärrners Restaurant in Bad Orb einen Salat, gekochten Fisch, Geflügel, milden Käse oder ein süßes Dessert.

Schön cremiger Schaum. Ordentliche Menge Hefe die da durchs Glas wabert. Optisch wurde da schon mal alles richtig gemacht. Frucht, Getreide, ganz minimal säuerlich, ganz minimal floral. Hopfung dezent, aber klar erkennbar. Kohlensäure im Mediumbereich. Genug um lebendig zu sein, trotzdem süffig und sehr weich. Solides Hefeweizen, auch wenn es aus Hessen und nicht aus Bayern kommt.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for that one! Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, yeasty, modest sweet. More and more fruity like peaches. Some notes of a sweet white wine. Not bad!

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this sample! Murky yellow colour with a nice fresh banana flavour. The beer starts quite sourish for this fresh and fruity nose. Easy to drink with a nice sourish, but not too bad touch. Lots of sour fresh fruit. Not much yeast aroma there, hints of banana. Nice and easy to drink with nearly no bitterness.

1l bottle (BB 11.05.2015). Pours a hazy gold. Banana aroma, soft mouth feel, yeast, a little citrus in the tail. Sour finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orange-goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.

Hefig säuerlicher Antrunk, abgestanden wirkend. Getreidig, etwas würziger werdend. Süffig, nett, mehr nicht. 9/10/11/9/9/9

Cloudy orange color; generous and compact head. It has a quite regular aroma of Weizen, earthy and spicy, with a light breadish touch. The mouthfeel is quite dry, the body is lean, the flavor is too mild, and the final is weak.

Cloudy orange color; generous head. It has a very nice aroma of noble hops, also some biscuity malt. The mouthfeel is quite lean, but the body has a correct strength; there is a quite good flavor of biscuity malt; it has very little of the Hefeweizen character, maybe some light spicy touch; there is still a light and pleasant residual sweetness. It has a correct bitterness level, with a good combination of malts and hops in the final. Not properly a Hefeweizen, but anyway a very elegant and well brewed beer. Excellent.
