Ferran Adrià and Damm brewmasters have created the first beer specially designed to accompany meals. A unique blend of malt barley and wheat, flavoured with coriander, licorice and orange zest, INEDIT has a darkish colour with amber tones. Please keep in a wine cooler when serving in white wine glasses and do not fill the glass more than half full so as to appreciate all its virtues.

Fles (t.h.t. 04-15) gedeeld door Wim.M. Bleek gelig, ietsje troebel bier met weinig schuim. Weinig geur en smaak. Smaak ebt snel weg.

Bottle at the holiday villa. Abades, Tenerife. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, citrus fruity, coriander. Medium sweet, light vegetal bitter. About medium body, chalky mineralwater feel and fine carbonation.

Bottle at the holiday villa. Abades, Tenerife. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, citrus fruity, coriander. Medium sweet, light vegetal bitter. About medium body, chalky mineralwater feel and fine carbonation. Quite alright, but my standards might be off at this moment. (33 spanish pale lager ticks later)

Bottle. Looks like a Witbeer. That’s a good start. Aroma and taste is coriander, yeast, oranges, wheats and oats. Spices and herbs. Medium carbonation. Alright.

Refreshing, but aroma of toilet cleaner. Bit weird.

Bottle. Was expecting some kind of witbier but this is more like a regular old mild lager. Not sure where they think this is wit except for the fact that I have seen witbeers this color. Yes, a little medicinal and disappointing. Just a plain old lighter euro lager, what else can be said. Not impressed. Not bad but I laugh thinking to myself this is in the same style as beautiful civilized wits like Hoegaarden, East End Witte, Wittekerke, Blanche de Namur, ShuBrew Witches Brew Witbier & La Trappe Witte Trappist.....no way.
