Hoepfner Jubelbier is mashed in the 2-mash decoction process, almost completely fermented and stored for four to six weeks until it is mature. We use the unique Hoepfner yeast and a more roasted malt with a light caramel aroma ("Munich malt").

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass also, but I exspected it a bit darker. Starts spicy-strong, some grasy notes, but also a but metallically and dry. Finish the same. So its not too drinkable. Only average!

The beer has a mild malty aroma and spicy and has a good drinkability, though no class but good to drink

oro schiama media non molto perisistente il naso non pè intnesi un po piatta in bocca arriva un leggero maltato e un finale piuttosto amaro erbaceo

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange. Slowly collapsing, creamy and off-white head. Light spiced bitterhops aroma and mild dry malt note. Flavour is mild breadish, medium dry and with a mild caramel note. Shows a light bitterness into the finish.
