Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Clear pale golden, small head. Rich banana aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Biscuity malt, ripe banana. Low bitterness. Quite flavourful for a kristallweizen.

Weicher, Kristallweizen typischer Beginn. Das Bier im Hauptteil ist mild-weich, leicht süßlich und trotzdem sehr süffig. Kaum Herbe spürbar. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, frisch-süffig, süßlich kristallweizentypisch.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish wheaty aroma, a floral (hoppy / yeasty?) touch, some lemon biscuit. Taste is slightly sweet wheaty, a touch of lemon biscuit, (hoppy / yeasty?) floral overtones, slightly grainy and grassy hoppy, more Kristallweizen-typical middle part. Simple but nice.

Bottle looks very simple but okay. Beer in the glass quite zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, yeasty-fruity, not of apricot. More and more sweetish-malty. Hardly dry. Finish well balanced. Okay.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, fruchtig und würzig. Geschmack fruchtig, malzig, Citrus, blumig.

Pours in cristal clear. Nice malty aroma with some citrusy taste. Palate is mellow and very easy going.

Wässriger, angenehm bananiger Beginn. Leichte Herbe und Bitterkeit, die wässrigen Noten gehen mit der Zeit zurück. Hefig-herb im Mittelteil. Zum Ende überraschend bitter. OK! 7/8/7/7/7/7

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big frothy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly sourish wheat-malty aroma with traces of green banana and cloves. Sweet and slightly sourish flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty malty taste with a restrained fruity touch of unripe bananas; slightly sweet and sour, also a bit fizzy finish with light clovy notes. Mediocre (09.IV.09).

Bottle (thanx to Stefan!): Clear, mid-sized fluffy white head, slowly diminishing, golden with a greenish sheen; papery-musty nose with a sourish-fruity background; a bit sticky, light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; papery-mushroomy finish. Gulp, a pretty drainpour.......

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden colour, large white head. Fruity nose. Flavours of banana, malty background and rounded off with some spicy hops.
