06-10-18 // on tap at the brewpub. Unclear copper. Small white head. Mild malt nose. Red and cara malty body. Mild metallic notes. Average Dunkel.

On tap at the Brewpub. Leicht trübes rötlichbraunes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch minimal röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack röstmalzig, schokoladig, Karamell.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy brown color; creamy head. It has a mild but nice caramel aroma, a bit nutty. Caramel flavor, quite good, but a bit too much on the dry side to be really captivating; it has a nutty touch, and the darker malts also create a trace of chocolate; low hopping, the bitterness comes almost only from the caramelized sugars. Pleasant.

Tap. Nutty toffee malt aroma. Cloudy red-brown color. Candied nutty toffee malt flavor (like a Heath bar) with just a touch of hops. Nice flavor - on the sweet side but a bit light.

Malziger und sehr wässriger Antrunk, etwas süßlich. Auch wenn der Mittelteil malziger wird ist das Bier immernoch wässrig. Im Abgang sind kaum Aromen vorhanden, das Bier ist leicht herb. Dürftig. Test vom 20.5.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,7,7,5,-,6 - 6,57
