This beer, inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, is a twist on the classic Belgian witbier style. Instead of the traditional coriander and orange peel spicing regimen, we add fresh lemongrass, ginger root, and a dash of Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a wonderfully refreshing ale with notes of lemon candy, citrus fruit, and a slight spiciness from the ginger. Best served at 45˚F in a tulip or wine glass.

Fra kran på Olympen 30 Jul 12. Lys aprikosfarget. Nesten ikke skum (?). Ugjennomskinnelig. Aroma av mørke plommer. Rar smak. Her er noe ukjent krydder på ferde! Virket sur - men smaken var nok tilsiktet. Rabarbra? Litt syrlig etter hvert. Blir på grensen til sur men beholder et fruktig preg. Litt kjedelig.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with q lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, wheat, coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, wheat, coriander, and hints of chili, leading to a dry, bitter finish with a slight note of chili lingering on the palate.
