Draught via rattle. Poured clear gold, hints of sweet malt and straw. Pretty decent. ..
Meh. It's not bad. It's not good. It's just meh.

A wet hop version I was told. Hazy gold body with white head. Hop forward aroma. Hop forward taste but not pushy. The malt character was there. Grassy finish.

Flavour is composed decent clean cereal grains, apple, grainy. Lemon. Palate is medium light, frothy airy carbonation,. Pretty Easy drinking, slightly tangy.

As Chatoe Rogue Good Chit Pilsner, older bottle tasted at Delirium Hoppy Loft. Very stable and lacing, yellowish white, moussy head, cloudy ochre blonde colour. Aroma of a lot of ’noble’ hops, grass, white pepper, orange zest, unripe peach, bread, apple peel, hint of limoncello. Malt fruitiness in the mouth, bits of apple and pear, soft grainy and bready middle phase with powdery yeastiness increasing in the end, where a long, drying, grassy and peppery hop bitterness manifests itself. Very interesting interpretation of Pilsener but unfiltered, so from a purely technical point of view, this seems closer to a Keller- or perhaps even Landbier.

I feel this could have been a bit better, but not too bad for an American pils. Average crackery aroma and taste, veru grainy, not enough snap in the hops. Decent body and finish, nice pour
