Thanks to kevnic2008 for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, modest dry, fruity notes of banana. Modest sweetish. Average hefeweizen!

Zu süßer Hefeantrunk, bananig. Im Mittelteil hat die Süße ein normales Maß angenommen, die Hefigkeit ist angenehm. Für ein Weizen relativ herb, nur wenig würziger werdend. 7/8/8/8/7/8

bottle from Kaufland Pforzheim. Cloudy yellow colour, large and very creamy white head. Fruity nose. Wheaty and yeasty, very slightly fruity, hardly any banana, wheat-accented. Pleasantly hopped for the style. Not over-carbonated, extremely smooth and pleasant carbonation, compared with other examples of the style. A very good one.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, big stable loose head with a yellowish sheen; mainly bananas in the sweetish-wheaty nose, followed by a little lemony fruitiness; light to medium bodied, sweet sourish flavour; increasing citrussy (lemons and oranges) taste in the wheaty-sourish finish. Quite pleasant stuff.....

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a blond rocky foamy head. Sourish wheat-malty and yeasty aroma with notes of citrus and a tinge of grassy hops. Quite sour and slightly sweet flavour, pretty light bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheat-malty and citrus-fruity taste with restrained phenolic spices; sourish sweet wheaty and moderately fruity finish. Somewhat one-dimensional but nevervetheless pleasant to drink. 11.V.10
