“Günther-Bräu Bockbier“, Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin-Wedding. - Tief goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase breites aber etwas leeres helles Malz, Anklänge an Spülmittel, wenig und stumpfer Hopfen, Alkohol. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig und zart karamellig mit beträchtlicher Restsüße. Leichte, etwas grelle Zitrone, die an Spülmittel erinnert; stumpfe Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig, fuselig. Im Abgang stumpfe Bittere mit chemischem Beigeschmack und brennender Alkohol. - Fuselig und unrund, für einen fränkischen Bock deutlich unterdurchschnittlich.

Pours dark golden color. Aroma is strong, of hay. Taste is malty with some hay again.

Bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, Karamell, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack süß malzig, Karamell, leicht alkoholisch.

Dość dobre i wyrażne piwo w smaku, mocny alkochol trochę rozgrzewa w finiszu. Słodowy posmak i trochę słodkawy. Mała piana i ciemno żółty kolor napoju.

Süßer Antrunk mit typischer aber noch milder Bockbierwürze, die im Mittelteil stärker wird. Hier erscheint sie mittelstark mit herbem Unterton, etwas eintönig. Im Nachgeschmack sit das Bier sanfter, soll heißen süßer, wobei auch die Würze stärker wird. Test vom 22.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,9,8,9,11,9 - 9,15

Bottle from Bottleworks. Pours brilliant orange copper with a foamy/bubbly near white head. Aromas of wam malt and cooked lighter fruits. Near med body. Fairly sweet darkish caramel. Very mild hop. Quite drinkable. Not a sticky beer.

Bottled. Quite much golden colour with mediumsized firm white head. Aroma is sweet malty along with mild raisins and some alcohol. Flavour is both sweet and bready malts and also has some alcohol to it. Mild bitterness as well, but for most parts just a pleasant maltyness.

Copper brown, small off-white head. Lemony hoppy nose. Malty, barley flavored. Dry aftertaste. Good basic malty bock, a bit lemony.
