Bottle @ Camping Piantelle, Lago de Garda. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light sourness, sweet fruit, banana. Flavor is sweet, light sour, a bit weak, wheat, yeasty, banana. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 200717

NRW-Flasche(vonne Ottosoile):Wheaty-dusty nose, mild fruity-yeasty background; golden, hazy, quickly collapsing creamy off-white head; pretty thin sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied as expected; lingering sweetish wheaty and sourish-yeasty finish. Not great, but still quite well drinkable…

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and minimally off-white foamy head. Distinctively banana fruit character with present wheaty notes and traces of caramel and vanilla, accompanied by mildly clovy and yeasty spice. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and banana-fruity taste with slightly yeasty spice; a delicate level of sourness shows up towards the moderately sweet finish. Simple but flawless Weizen. 07.XI.15
