Thanks Henrik! Golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, some herbal and a bit honey tones too. Flavour is sweet grains, some honey, mild herbs and a bit grassy tones. Quite mild bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Malty nose with a sophisticated hop aroma. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel, sweet malt and honey notes and again these sophisticated hop notes. Next to no bitterness. Delicious. 170825

Trübe goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Leicht hefiger, malziger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht hefig, durchaus präsent hopfig, brotig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.

Wochinger Urtrunk, vom Faß im schönen Wochinger-Biergarten in Traunstein. - Orangegold, wenig trüb. - In der Nase milde Hefe, brotiges helles Malz und frische orangenfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk schlank brotig hellmalzig mit betonter Malzsüße, die sich durch feine Honignote rechtfertigt. Mild-aromatische orangenfruchtige und herbale Hopfung. Leider etwas zu stark rezent, auch weniger vollmundig als man bei 5,2 % erwarten würde. - Unterm Strich ein brauchbares, rundes und nicht zu knapp gehopftes Bier. (15.5.2024.)

On tap at Wochinger Brau brewery and Biergärten, Traunstein Saturday 2nd July 2022 on a 52km Waging am See Traunstein loop, btw this place has a beautiful Biergärten. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Nice beer but with a little unusual twist, a little clinical on the finish, some maltiness. Quite good but bettered by the Hefe Weisse.

Trockener, hell erdiger Antrunk. Mild würzig, angenehm herb, rund. Kurzer, abgehakt wirkender Nachgeschmack. 10/8/8/7//8

On tap at the Brewpub. Trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig fruchtig, frisch. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, Karamell, leicht würzig, hopfig.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, slight grainy nose. Moderate malty, decent hoppy and slight grainy with pleasant hoppy bitterness in the finish. The best beer I’ve tried in Traunstein and surroundings.
