€-Fläschla (@Fränky, Norimberk) : Light amber coloured, cloudy, small and stable creamy off-white head, sourish-sweetish wheat-malty nose with a distinctive fruity background; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, medium bodied, a bit fizzy, but also creamy MF; lingering sourish-fruity finish. A kind of a diluted Weizenbock! Tasty Weizen of the old-bavarian kind...

Pours an amber color. The aroma is fruity with lighter notes of cloves and banana. Light sour finish.

Trübes dunkel goldenes Weizen mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch estrig fruchtig, leicht bananig, hefig. Geschmack kräftig malzig, fruchtig, phenolisch, bananig, leicht würzig, geringe Karbonisation.

Bottle bought at Landbierparadies Nuremberg. Looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass brownish, nice head. Starts intense malty and yeasty, some earthy-sourish notes, also intense notes of caramel, some cinnamon. Not too fruity. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.
