Bottle 100 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a short, fizzy, white head. Nose is dry apple juice and a hint of yeast - do I get a slight note of leathery Brett as well? Fairly light in body, super dry and super clean apple accents with some astringency if only faintly tart - more dry than tart. But extremely drinkable and quenching. Carbonation to the soft side. 070325

Vielen Dank an Erzengel fürs Teilen! klare blass goldgelbe Farbe, kein Schaum. Geruch nach fruchtig säuerlichen Äpfeln. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Äpfel, leicht trocken.

Light golden in the glass. The cider starts fruity and fresh. Slightly sourish and easy to drink. In the mainpart there is the flavour of fruity and ripe apples together with a nice sourness. Not too deep but easy to drink. A bit tart in the aftertaste, not much tannins there, but a bit. Fruity-dry, nice ripe apples, not bad.

Bottle: Pale golden, clear, sourish apples. sulphur and lemons in the nose, a slight cellary touch is detectable underneath; mild sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied and mild; slightly lingering tart finish, again with apples and sulphur. E schlichts Schöppsche...

(bottle, 100cl) Clear, yellow golden colour without head. Mineralic apple-fruity and slightly sour aroma. Sour-fruity flavour, light bodied with a light carbonation. Apple-fruity taste with tart notes and hints of sulphur, dry mouthfeel, moderately sour-fruity finish. 09.X.10
