Bottle, 75cl corked. At Haand Festival 2014. An unclear, orange colored beer with a dense, light beige colored head. The aroma don’t have much chili, but there’s some. A generic fruityness and a light malty touch dominates. The flavor is pretty much the same, it’s fruity and malty with a subtle chili touch, and also some bitterness towards the finish. It’s dry and medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Would like a tad more chili in this one, but it’s a refreshing and quenching beer anyway. 140524

Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier; bb Q1 2015
Hazy amber-copper color with persistent medium sized head. Delicate aroma, with some of the typical BFM character, and a light peppery note; sweaty. Smooth and very dry mouthfeel; some malt flavor, strong BFM funky character, and and evident spicy note; the bitterness is quite strong; there is a minimal fruity note in the final.
