Tap, black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, malt, coffee. Taste is the same, roasty, malt, bitter, dry. Not bad.

Bottle at the Brewbup. Pours mid brown with a maroon tint and a lasting off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, toffee, raisin and prime. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slightly oily and watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Finish slight roasted bitterness and a touch of sour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours out a dark cola brown topped with a tan head. Nose is roast malts almost porter like and some nutty notes. Taste is more of roast malts and some light smoke.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this 0,5l bottle. Édition limitée: btle no.: 083/200. Best before 20.02.2015. The beer starts smooth and malty. Slightly fresh (not sourish - hard to define) hints there that make it highly drinkable. The body is dusty-malty with a rest of sweetness. Nice and round, smooth. Caramell, dark malt, fresh (and a bit lemon-fruity) background.
Nice combination. Interesting and easy to drink. Would make a great Session-Dunkel.

An unclear amber beer with no head. The aroma is of caramel and malt and so is the flavor which is very sweet.

Very dark chestnut; grey-brown head, gone in seconds. Acidity, wheat, taint of sewage water, again the meaty/aspic smell I found in the Meeschter. Some spices. Dark, roasted malts taste, as from the dark barley grains used in French Noirs. Pipe ash flavour. Light-bodied, but not thinnish in texture. I still suspect wheat. Quite nice beer, actually, in a lighter style. I've put up "Dunkel" tentatively, but I've sent mails for confirmation.
