On tap at the Brewpub. Trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit einer schönen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, hefig, viel Nelke. Geschmack würzig, Weizenmalz, hefig, Nelke.

Hefig bananiger Antrunk, wässrig. Die Aromen nehmen zum Mittelteil beträchtlich ab, noch minimal herb, kaum hefig. Süffiges belangloses Weizen. 9/7/8/4//5

Draught at the Brauhaus
Cloudy deep blond color; high carbonation level; big head. The aroma is dry, spicy, with a pleasant hoppy note, also earthy. The mouthfeel is quite dry and weak; wheat character, with spices and very light banana; moderate bitterness; there is again a earthy (almost manure) touch that is both uncommon in Weizen and unwanted. The final is weakly structured. Simple, and possibly flawed.
