Fläschla (Mercí á Berlín!) : Golden, hazy to cloudy, medium-sized creamy white head, mild sourish-sweet nose of wheat, yeast and (presumably) coriander; mild sourish-sweetish - as well - flavour, light bodied and - as expected - a bit fizzy; wheaty-malty finish with a delicately increasing acidity in the aftertaste. Nice treat, but an Ungespundetes is more suitable to Franconian beer-gardens..

Hefig bananiger Antrunk, der schon im ersten Moment viel näher an einem deutschen Weizen als an einem belgischen Wit liegt. Zu bananig, dabei leicht herb, wässrig, disharmonisch. 9/7/6/6/8/7

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks avrashi. Bottle leaked on its way to Israel. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of fruity esters, some spiciness and a bit of citrus. Sweetish flavor, fruity and mildly spicy. Medium-bodied. No carbonation but still alright. A bit more like a German Weizen rather than a Belgian Wit.
