Hefig herb säuerlicher, leider auch wässriger Antrunk. Das Ganze wird im Mittelteil unerträglich da die vorher vorhandenen Aromen sich komplett verabschieden. Schlecht. 13/7/4/5/8/5

Vielen Dank an kevnic2008 für diese Flasche! Milchig trübes goldenes Weizen mit ordentlicher weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig, leicht fruchtig, getreidig, banannig. Geschmack bananig fruchtig, hefig, reife Früchte, phenolisch, getreidig.

Thanks to kevnic2008 for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fruity aroma. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, more and more fruity with notes of banana. Finish more dry, less fruity. Okay.

Many thanks to Kevnic2008 for this bottle. The beer starts sweetish-mild. Very soft in carbonation - unlike sparkling wine. Easy drinkable - even from the bottle. Sweetish-smooth beer, clove but no banana, hints of bitterness in the end, yeasty aftertaste. Interesting.

Yellow coloured and unclear. Has a white head, medium duration. Spicy aroma, coriander, light bitter finish.

Bottled, thanks jeverszeuge Muddy pale yellow, brief head. Fruity citric nose. Fairly sweet and medium bodied with rounded spritzy mouthfeel. Some bubblegum and vanilla, but the use of champagne yeast has given this wheat beer completely different flavour and mouthfeel than an ordinary hefeweizen. Some of the gain in terms of unusual complex flavour is lost on the drinkability.
