Wir trinken dieses Bier zu :Reichenn, gewürzschwere Gerichten wie z.B. gegrilltes Rind aber auch zu Schokoladen- und Beerendesserts, herrlich in und zu Bieramisu

Klasse, geschmacklich sehr nahe am Guinness. Tolle Kaffeeröstaromen. Auch der feinporige Schaum stimmt. Thurgau kann nicht nur Apfelmost!

23.03.2019 -- letitbeer in markthalle, 3 fr/0.15l. pour rather black with an espresso style beige head. aroma of roast, coffee, pepper, tobacco. flavour of hazelnuts, chocolate, vanilla. not too sweet, medium body.

Tap at Unterländer Biertage 2016. Strongly roasted, coffee and a bit burnt, some chocolate and little liquorice. Very sweet body with a lively carbonation - almost too much, but I just works. Long lingering coffee finish. Nice, but I would prefer less carbonation.

Malziger, dunkel würziger Antrunk mit Noten von Kaffee und Schokolade. Zum Teil sind Alkoholnoten vorhanden, wenig bitter. Vollmundig, die Karbonisierung ist einen Ticken zu stark. Gut! 11/12/10/11/11/11
