Bottle picked up from M&S Foodhall, Streatham (09/12/2021) - black pour with a beige head. Dark roasted malty with notes of chocolate, caramel, ashy charred roast, singed brown sugar, medium plus body, hoppy undertones, bitter and roasted malty finish. Pretty good with the toad in the hole.

Decent Irish dry. Fairly thinbodied, roasted malt and coffee, bitter finish. Also why does an Irish stout have what appears to be Stonehenge on the label? 🤔

# 1180; 8/2018. Velmi vyvážený, povedený stout. Jemně hořký s příjemně praženým, sladový tělem.

Bottle from Markschandschpenschers. Light chocolate aroma with a coffee streak. Dark and glossy. Foamy beige head is short-lived. Medium bitter with a creamy sweet undertow. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long finish, dry. A tad astringent. It's fine but not particularly interesting.

Bottle from M&S, train station Cambridge. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, lactose sugar and has a nice dry roasty finish.

Thnx to Laana. Pours very dark brown to black. OK white head. Smell is sweet, roasty, bit coffee. Mostly sweet though. Taste is rather bitter, burnt malts. Very mild coffee. No sweetness here. Taste and mouthgfeel are both very thin. OK carbo. even for the ABV, this is to wattery.
