500ml bottle. Poures initially as pure foam, a clear golden beer appears under an absurdely huge, frothy, white head. Earthy grainy, and minimally pungent, yeasty spicy aroma, notes of spelt, husk, herbal-floral overtones, a touch of rye crisp bread. Taste is minimally earthy, grainy, malty with a waxy and soapy touch, hints of spelt, a touch of husk and hay, floral overtones. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, surprisingly soft and fine carbonation. Nice, earthy, grainy flavours, nice explication of Dinkel, but insufficiently crafted; or, less negatively verbalised, could be a nice alternative to a Weissbier, but needs some improvement concerning appearance and frothing especially.

Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍺 Overly active tight white head stayed on a cloudy golden gas bomb. Herbal, cardboard & medicinal aroma. Medium bodied, highly carbonated, with a clean finish & a big belch on the aft. Vegetal, yeast, fruity & spicy tastes with a peppery finish.

3/8/2019. Bottle at the Wrocław Grand Prix bottle share, from Gabriel. Pours clear dark gold with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma of fruit, banana, toffee, sulphur and hops. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet oily finish. Fair.

And again a 0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear dark golden in the glass with an huge long lasting foamy white head. Smells yeasty, low sour fruity. Taste has a mix of dry malt, citrus fruits and caramel. And again too much carbonation. Can´t get in it.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Yeasty-smooth nose. The beer starts smooth-sourish, fresh, dusty. Plain bitter with a sweetish yeasty aftertadte. Hints of sourness, grainy-bitter aftertaste.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, extremely huge head. Starts mild, modest malty-yeasty, more and more moldy-grasy. Finish mild and well balanced, but a bit boring. Aftertaste with bready notes. Okay, but not more.
