Braukunst Live München 2015. Poured a dark brown to black with a beige head. Aroma is malts and very, very mints.

Dunkel braune Farbe, geringe bräunliche Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Minze, Schokolade, Kaffee. Geschmack schokoladig, viel Minze, Menthol.

Intensiver malziger Antrunk, die Pfefferminzaromen unterstützen das Ganze gut. Malzig würziges Ende, die intensive Malzigkeit wird durch das Pfefferminzaroma eingeschränkt. 11/11/9/7/8/7

Tastingglass at Fisch & Feines 2014, Bremen. Black in the glass, no head. taste is dark malty with mint and cacao. Dry to the end. Strange and hard stuff in my opinion.

Aroma has mint chocolate(!) and some chocolate biscuits. Flavour has strong mint chocolate tones and mellow licorice notes. This truly is mint chocolate all the way. Like having an after eight on sunday at Petolahti at 11 AM.

Pours pitch black with a small bubbly head. Aroma of mint chocolate, roasty malts, hints of spices and earthiness. Taste is sweetish, chocolatey and roasty with loads of mint, spices and hints of earthiness. Finish is smooth, sweetish and roasty with loads of chocolate, hints of earthiness. Okay, quite heavy on the mint notes.
