Creamy off white head on a reddish brown coloured body.
Toffee & malt aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth with a tingle on the back.
Sarsaparilla, toffee, malt & liquorice tastes with a fruity hopped finish.

Big thank you to Erzengel for this 0,33 l Steinie bottle. Hazy copper in the glass, foamy one finger pale beige head. Malty smell, not a lot but present. Shy hop. Taste starts also malty, fruity sweetness in the background, little bit roasted. Dry malty bitterness in the aftertaste. Below average carbonated. Not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange braunes Bier mit einer geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht karamellig, süß. Geschmack süß Röstmalzig, Karamell, gering hopfig.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that nice 1l-bottle. Looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, still intense malty, earhty, not too dry. Light hints of caramel. Soft-malty finish, light hoppy background. Very drinkable. Great!

Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Clear ruby red color with medium head. Aroma is malt, roasted. Flavor is sweet, malt.

1l-bottle. Golden amber with a beige head and slightly hazy. The beer starts very smooth with a nice bitter hint, that becomes a bit more intense in the mainpart. Malt, not too sweet and smooth. In the end a bit more bitter, but not as deep as it could be - and not as smooth. On the tongue remains a smooth-malty, medium sweet-dry and slightly bitter aftertaste.
Ok, but nothing special --> 10/12/9/9

Mild malziger Antrunk mit geringer Säure und hintergründiger Getreidigkeit. Etwas intensiver im Mittelteil, milde angenehme Herbe. Spritzig. 10/8/9/10//10
