On tap at the brewpub. Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch nach Gewürznelken, hefig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack sehr würzig malzig, hefig, leicht phenolisch.

On tap. The beer starts smooth and nicely bittered. Lots of clove with hints of banana-sweetness. The beer is smooth and yeasty. The aftertaste is long, clove, yeast. Slightly bitter with a smooth banana touch.

Draught: Cloudy, yellow coloured, small persistent white head; moderate yeasty-wheaty nose with fruity undertones; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, fizzy, light bodied; short lemony-wheaty finish. At least drinkable......

(draught at the brewpub) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Yeasty, sweet wheaty and worty malty aroma with notes of bananas and grassy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Slim and a bit “green” malty base with a present wheat-character, notes of banana and grassy accents; moderately dry and slightly fruity finish with notes of grassy hops. Drinkable. 22.VIII.10

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow/golden, creamy head. Mild banana aroma. Mid dry and gently creamy. feels more estery and candyish as it warms, with more banana coming through. A hugely drinkable well crafted weizen.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry estery and wheaty with a light banana note. Bitter, fruity, sweet and slight estery. Lingering fruity and wheaty flavoured finish.

Sehr hefiger Antrunk, etwas trocken, kurz unterbrochen von einem wässrig-herben Ton. Im Mittelteil dann deutlich milder, die süßliche Hefigkeit steht alleine da. Wässrig-hefiger Abgang mit angedeuteter Herbe. Passabel. Test vom 12.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,9,8,8,-,8 - 8,47
