En svært mørk russisk imperial stout, brygget med pilsnermalt, sjokolademalt, karamellmalt, røstet bygg og havre. Humlen er Northern Brewer og Chinook. Alegjær gjør dette brygget veldig tungt og fyldig.

Sort med beige skum som daler fort og legger seg rundt kanten. Aroma røsted malt sjokolade karamell havre. Smak røsted malt vanilje melkesjokolade karamell havre. Fin fylde, saftig og søt, nydelig stout. Boks kjøpt på Vinmonopolet Jekta

29/04/24. Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, crust of rye bread. Taste of dark chocolate, coffee, roast, ash. Very dry. Very roasted. High bitterness. Medium carbonation. Well hidden alcohol. Very tasty, old-school imperial stout.

Puszka. Czarne z ciemnobrązową, gęstą, ale nietrwałą pianą. Aromat z czasem ochładzania zaczyna być coraz intensywniejszy, ale wcale nie powala. Ciekawa nuta opiekanych orzechów, obok czekolady i kawy. Niestety w smaku intensywny sos sojowy. Dość gęste, alkohol ok ukryty, goryczka w punkt, ale nadal... piłem dużo lepsze RISy.

Barwa niemal czarna, piana beżowa, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie alkohol, trzcina cukrowa, znikoma czekolada. W smaku półsłodkie, mało paloności, ciemne pieczywo, trzcina cukrowa, alkohol. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, ciała nieco za mało. Bardziej przypomina porter bałtycki i to taki mało udany...

Spodziewałem się nie ułożonego okrutnika, a jest całkiem nieźle w smaku duża dawka kawy, gorzkiej czekolady i sporo palności, goryczka konkret. Wytrawny, smukły, alk w miarę ogrzewania wychodzi, trochę spirytusowy.
