Bottle at Erzbierschof MC. Pours almost clear amber. Aroma is punchy mix of candy and fizzy stuff, clearly sour - and weird. Body is medium, but sticky. Starts sour, turns sweet, then mostly watery. Really sticky. Still quite light and easy to drink, but this mix is odd. Okay.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch grasig hopfig, frisch, leicht getreidig. Geschmack dezent hopfig bitter, grasig, schlanker Körper, süffig.

Sehr stark karbonisierter Antrunk mit süßlicher und ausgeprägter Hopfennote. Dabei auch grasig, erfrischend, dann noch herber, auch der Hopfen legt zu, die dabei aufkommende Hefigkeit passt nicht ganz zur Süße. 8/9/9/9/9/9
