Amber in color; unfiltered, so it is not crystal clear. Quite bitter with a balance of malty caramel-like sweetness. Aroma is of intense dry hopping; meaning-lots of hops were added late in the beer making process, post boiling.

Draught at Ørsted, Copenhagen
Cloudy amber color, small head. Malt aroma, a bit biscuity. A very typical American IPA, with some crystal malt, lean mouthfeel, lemon cake feeling, strong resiny hopping and some hop fruitiness; the final is long and very bitter.
Good, but I prefer fresher and cleaner IPAs.

Poured up on tap at Kuhnhenn with clear copper body and off white head. The aroma has malt sweetened citrus hard candy goodness and hints of resiny pine hoppiness. The taste has pleasing rich grapefruit hops and quickly getting into pine like resiny hop bitterness. This is nice and rich with hop flavor. Solid IPA.

6.2% ABV. On draft at brewery. Hazy gold color with no head. Nice grapefruit hop aroma. The taste is sweet malt and grapefruit juice. The carbonation is a bit light creating a creamier mouth feel. Tastes like a Pale mixed with grapefruit juice that isn’t too tart. Nice.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a mostly clear amber-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with a citrusy hops character and notes of caramel malt and a bit of spice. The finish is hoppy with a fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.

Growler. Pours a clear, very golden amber with a white head. Tons of resinous pine resin (yes I know that’s redundant) in the aroma, lots of grapefruit. Flavor has pine, light grapefruit, kind of a lavender potpourri quality. Lighter palate, especially compared to the aroma.
