Double Rice India Pale Ale. This gold colored West Coast style Double India Pale Ale has an intense hop nose, with aromas mainly of citrus. The high hop character dominates this IPA’s flavor profile. Made with American long grain rice, it is quite difficult to make but the rice contributes to this beer’s crisp aftertaste.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, yellow session. Palae golden coloured pour with a sticking lasting white head. Aroma is farty sulphur, cat pee, resin and slight stale hop. Flavour is better, pine resin hop, some hot warming alcohol, spicy hop, Palate is slightly sweet, resin. Solid grapefruit bitterness.

tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - golden amber pour with white head. Sweet tropical fruity and malty, hoppy and floral, with solid bitter finish. Nice.

On draft at Churchkey in DC. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Grassy nose. Flavors of pine resin and citrus. Medium bodied. Bitter finish.

Sample at CBC 2014. Clear golden/amber with a white head. Hoppy aroma and taste of citrus, hay and some cookies. Nicely bitter and easy to enjoy.

Decent beer. The rice is somewhat detectable due to some freshness, but this can also be done with more citrussy hops.
