Swiss rake #100.
Clear golden amber topped with a lasting egg shell white crown.
Nose is caramel malts, sweet edged, candied orange peel.
Taste comprises much the same, old skool, sweet and flabby.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness.
So so old skool leaning affair ... Time really has moved on thankfully!

It is a nice and classical IPA. The taste is bitter, generous hop, malt and the taste of hop staying a long time at the tongue, perfect. Drinking it on the train, 06/2016, buying it probably at one drinks of the world.

Appearance: Dark orange to light amber, some haze. Small off-white head. Aroma: Medium and ripe fruits, pale malt and decent hops. Taste: Good medium fruits, pale malt. hazy orange colour, large, dense ecru-ish head; aroma of grassy, floral, dried apricot and buttery notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with dried fruity (apricot) and buttery notes; not bad at all though I'm not pretty sure that this buttery note is something planned...anyway, I like it (so objectively it is probably closer to 3.0 than 3.5)

Schmackhaftes IPA, etwas eindimensional nur die Hopfennote, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Leicht trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach getrockneten Früchten, deutlich hopfig, harzig. Geschmack kräftig malzig, sehr hopfig, fruchtig bitter, zum Ende mehr würzig als fruchtig.
