India Pale Ale (IPA) in Bio-Qualtät! Damit es die Schifffahrt von England über das Kap der Guten Hoffnung nach Indien überstand, wurde es mit viel Malz und viel Hopfen eingebraut. Mit leichten Citrusaromen und kräftiger Bittere im Abgang.

330ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, almost exclusively carrying notes of hay, some rotten hay, all in all a smell like a clammy haystack. Taste resembles the aroma with some bitterness and a touch of red berries in addition.

Sehr milder Antrunk, hell malzig, wenig hopfig. Sehr süffig aber recht langweilig. Im weiteren Verlauf hopfig bleibend, dunkler werdend. Süffiges hopfiges Bier, auch wenn noch Hopfen fehlt um ein IPA zu sein. 9/8/11/9/7/8
