330ml bottle [another baslebier from bartlebier, thank you very much!]. Hazy, darkest brown colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee (espresso), a sweetish touch of mocha beans, hints of malt lozenge. Taste is initially roasty dark malty with minimally sweet coffee notes, a touch of mocha, later taking a downturn, a variety of more tart and bitter coffee flavours remains, a touch of grassy hops accrues; slightly watery in the second half; slightly sticky palate.

Trübes dunkel orange braunes Bier mit einer geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach viel Kaffee, trocken, röstmalzig bitter. Geschmack röstmalzig süß, bitter, trocken, viel Kaffee.

Malziger Beginn mit klarem Kaffeearoma. Vollmundig, weich, mild herb. Minimale Fruchtigkeit, gut. 9/10/10/7/10
