Fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, minimally starchy, pale malty background, hints of quince and apricot, spicy yeasty overtones with a touch of sweet mustard. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty, quite bitter, slightly fruity hoppy and minimally yeasty spicy, hints of apricot, a touch of quince; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, silky palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, rather clean, quite bitter hoppy - not bad.

Poured a cloudy golden color with a larger sized tan head. Aroma and taste of fruit, bread, caramel.

Klares kräftig goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, dezent fruchtig hopfig, Getreide. Geschmack fruchtig hopfig, trocken, leicht bitter, exotische Früchte, interessant.
