Tasting at Matt’s
Murky orange color, slowly gushing bottle, but very small head. Penetrating sour aroma, fruity, with a cherry note. Very smooth and carbonated body, very dry, with sharp lemony acidity, some cherry to add a bit of complexity, traces of final astringency, and luckily no acetone.
Good.

Bottle - Funky cheese and cherry. Cloudy pink orange with almost no head. Tart milky funky cherry. Lots of lacto and funky that adds stone fruit notes. Really nice.

22 oz. bottle, pours an opaque peachy pink with no head. Nose brings out tart and sweet cherries, along with oak barrels, and some peach. Flavour is very tart, with peaches and cherries upfront, followed by oak, medium acidity and some wild yeast. Very well-balanced and cohesive. Nicely tart, highly funk and fruity. This is one of my favourite De Garde beers.
