Getreidiger, bitter süßlicher Antrunk. Herb würziger Mittelteil, leicht bitter. Dies steigert sich noch deutlich, etwas hopfig. Ok. 8/9/9/8/7/9

Man thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Smooth malty in the mouth, typical sweetish for this style. The body is malty, nice and smooth. Fresh and slightly bitter-sharp. The aftertaste is warming, smooth, fresh and malty-typical. Nice!

(50cl bottle, Sudnummer 25, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized, slowly lacing foamy white head. Sweet and slightly grainy malty, slightly biscuity aroma with light notes of citrus (mandarins) and peppery, herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Solid pale malty, biscuity and slightly honey-fruity taste; sweet and slightly bitter finish with an apparent alcoholic note and a light, spicy hops character. Not a perfectly rounded but likeable Bock (01.03.08).

Bottle (diky, Quack-Ducku !): Deep golden, creamy + stable (off-)white head; clean, distinctive sweet-grainy, honeyish nose with a tinge of toasted malt and shy aromatic hops; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet-malty, toasted malty finish combined with a secret fruitiness and a good touch of aromatic hops in the aftertaste. Good, tasty, chewy brew..........
