Tap @ de Molen. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of wood, green apples, calvados, some flowery notes, hint of red fruit. Quite dry taste, fruity, touch of sourness.

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, fruits, phenols, and vinegar. The flavor is acidic with notes of acetone, malt, fruits, and brettanomyces. Crazy.

Sample at CBC 2013, Saturday. Light golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste of brett, wood, apples, grapes and malt. Soft carbonation and with a sour finish.

CBC. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, vinegar and brett. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 030513

Tap @ CBC. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, sour and a acetone. Flavour is malt, wheat, acetone, sour, dry and burning acid.

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is big Brett yeast with citrus fruit. The flavour is rather sour and yeasty. It’s like drinking smooth grapefruit juice. It grew on me.... eventually!

[5/3/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Slightly hazy deep golden. Aroma of vinegar, some cookie notes and a bit of fruitiness. Sour flavor with vinegar, some cookie hints, a bit of sweetish malt and a dry finish. Medium-bodied, slightly oily. Decent, but a bit too acetic.
