Draught at CBC ’13. Almost clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, acetic acid, wood, grain and lemons. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with notes of raw sugar and booze. Medium bodied with low carbonation.

On tap at CBC, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of tart light fruits, moderate brett, and moderate oak barrels. Flavour is intensely sour, with mouth puckering sour light fruits, a little vinegar, subdued brett, and oak barrels. Exceedingly sour and vinegary, with a bit of residual sugars. Solid stuff, but some jagged edges.

Sampled draught at CBC, blue session, Saturday afternoon May 4, 2013.Clear golden color, white head. Acidic, sour, lactic, vinegar scent. Acidic, salubrin taste. Salubrin aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Sampled @ CBC 2013. Hazy yellow - orange - golden color, average to large sized, dense, creamy, fair lacing, mostly lasting white head. Aroma is medium sour, lightly yeasty, barnyard, lightly leather, slightly white wine. Taste sour wood, lightly sour milk, lightly white wine. Heavy sour, imo almost harsh. Medium body and carbonation.

Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma of stingy bretta, oak, wood and vanilla. Taste is sweet, stingy and sticky with oaky bretta notes. Finish is tart and bitter with some stingy bretta notes. Quite heavy on the barrel and bretta notes. A bit unbalanced.
