Draught at CBC. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. MOderate maælty and light hoppy aroma. Toast notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Fat på CBC 2013. Smak och doft av humle, malt, chokad, karamell, torkad frukt. Rund och len med en god bitterchoklad beska, något för söt.

On tap at CBC, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt and dark dried fruits upfront, Flavour brings out chalky cardboard, roasted malt, and dry wood. Dry and slightly fruity. A little too much residual sweetness for me. Good, but not above average for an impie stout.

Rerate, bottle @ de Molen. Dark color, short head. Aroma of roasted malt, some black chocolat, but mostly laurel and licorice. Some booze as well. Taste is dry and bitter, again some laurel and licorice (like the candy). Quite alcoholic. Tap @ CBC2013. Dark color, short head. Aroma of lots of roasted malt, coffee and black chocolat. Quite bitter taste, bit sharp of the alcohol. 3.3

Sampled draught at CBC, blue session, Saturday afternoon May 4, 2013.Dark brown to black color, small brown head. Sweet, toffee scent. Sweet, raisin taste. Alcohol aftertaste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.

Sampled @ CBC 2013. Almost pitch black color with a dark red glow coming through, small light brown head. Smell and taste malts, roasted malts, lightly sweet, coffee, lightly chocolate. Nice and clean.

Tap at CBC 2013. En ganska torr kakao aktig imperial stout. Dofter och smaker finns där men öppnar inte riktigt upp sig. Mörka bär och frukter, kaffe, kakao. Bra men inte wow.

Tap at CBC 2013. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is malty, chocolate, biscuit, molasses, bread, caramel and alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Thick oily mouthfeel. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
