Fat på CBC 2013. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, torkad frukt. Len och krämig karaktär, mycket humle, godis. Lagom söt med trevlig beska.

On tap at CBC, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of intense fruit, loads of alcohol, and residual sugar -- intense nose. Flavour is insane, with notes of liqueurized fruits, alcohol, and caramel. Ridiculous stuff. It's drinkable in a couple of ounces, which I guess is what it's made for, but it's not that enjoyable. Decent.

Sampled draught at CBC, blue session, Saturday afternoon May 4, 2013.Cloudy dark copper color, yellow head. Hoppy and butterscotch scent, also apricots. Sweet, raisins, alcohol, toffee taste. Toffee aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Sampled at CBC 2013. Hazy amber color, average sized, fair lacing, mostly diminishing off-white to beige head. Smell sweetness, cookies, perfume. Taste moderate to heavy sweet, lightly a hint of bitter, loads of alcohol, a hint of raisins. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, heavy, even harsh alcoholic finish. A bit over the top, it’s just too much for my liking.

Tap on CBC 2013. Ett riktigt godisöl. Massor av torkad frukt, karamell och smågodis i både doft och smak. Förvånandsvärt balanserad för att vara så söt och stark.

Tap at CBC 2013. Pours hazy amber brown with a tan head. Aroma of brett, dough, vanilla, sweet fruit and caramel. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light acidic. Full bodied with flat carbonation.

Pours dark orange with a sticky white head. Aroma of sweet malty notes, syrup, sugar and oaky wood. Taste is sweet, salty and mildly fruity with some syrup, wood and caramely notes. Finish is warming and malty with some sweetness. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Quite sweet but complex eisbock.
