Fra fat på CBC mai-13: takk skjebne at det var små glass! Dette var øl utenom det vanlige - fem stjerner i boka for vinøs friskhet med enorm bæraktig fylde. Diskret alkoholpreg jerninnholdet tatt i betraktning. Nam, nam. En perfekt avslutning på min dag på CBC.

Draft. An unclear brown beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of butter, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter, straw, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Sample @ CBC. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are wood, bourbon, vanilla, caramel, fruits, malt and hops.

Draught @ CBC. Pours hazy burnt orange with a nice sized offwhite head. Aroma of malt, oak, cheese, hops, grapefruit, alcohol. Flavor is malt, caramel, oak, hops, grapefruit, little pine, some booze. Full body, low carbonation, warming alcoholic finish. 030513

Tap @ CBC. Murky amber/brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, dark fruits, yeast., grapefruit and oak. Flavour is malt, dark fruits, hop, yeast, medium sweet, toffee, little toasted, little bitter, oak, grapefruit, pine, warming with notes of alcohol.

CBC. Hazy dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and rather hoppy - grapefruit and pine. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 030513

Sample at CBC 2013, Friday. Hazy dark orange with a small head. Aroma and taste of hops, malt, dried fruit, toffee and alcohol. Also notes of oak. Heavy but quite drinkable in small quantities.

[5/3/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Murky orange. Very alcoholic aroma with malt and fruits. Sweet malty flavor with caramel, honey, fruits and alcohol. Syrupy mouthfeel.

Draught at CBC ’13. Hazy copper liquid with small off-white head. Aroma of apples, dark fruit, grass, booze and medicinal alcohol. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of medicinal alcohol and apples. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Just too much. Quite a lot of acetaldehyde as well.

Draught at CBC. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy very vinius aroma. Heavy bitter fantastic intensive flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Great beer.
