Can from Total Wine in Roseville, CA as Martens Premium Pilsener at 4.8%. Pours gold with a creamy foamy 4 finger white head. Aroma is bready with a hint of herbal hop. Med+ body. Very bready flavor. There’s some kind of hop in it, but it’s hard to pin down - spicey but not grassy? Actually a fair good drink, if nothing more interesting is around.

Can resembles the image for the Martens Pilsner, but this one clearly says Premium Pilsner instead of Lager. ABV 4.8%: Corn meal nose. Clear amber, thin white head, good lacing. Cane sugar and corn flavor. Finishes with parsley. Pretty lame.

Can. A golden beer with a disaapearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty and so is the flavor though combined with notes of caramel and metal.

(Can 33 cl) Clear, pale golden with a dense, white head. Sweetish aroma of corn. Very thin and watery body, vague accents of malt and a sweetish finish completely lacking in hops. 290407

Can (BB 03/2007). Courtesy of oh6gdx. Golden color, decent white head, lively carbonation. Very strong metallic aroma, some malts, but that iron is dominating. Carbonated, a bit watery, metallic maltyness. Harsh aftertaste, faint hops there too. I wonder why this one is imported to Finland.

Canned. Pale yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma of skunkyness and some malts. Flavour is smooth malty with smooth hops in finish. Hayish aftertaste.
