Unique Imperial Stout. Black, intense and komplex. Well-balanced roasted, fruity and liquorice notes with a mild bitterness and a hint of sweetness. Legendary brew from BFM clocking in at 10.276 % vol. With its ebony colour, a dense coffee flavoured foam, the bouquet incorporates hints of liquorice, Bourbon vanilla, and Sarawak pepper. Dry hopping notes and the use of roasted malts are also perceptible. On the palate, it introduces burly and creamy tastes with developing aromas that are slightly sour, but the finish proves to be long with a subtle tartness that grants this revolutionary Cuvee its ungovernable supremacy.

Herbata mocno. Pieprz tez. Ris niemocno, ciala niewiele. Herbata a la taniny. Ufo, ale raczej sympatyczne, mimo, ze nie pod moj gust. Ciekaw

Draught @ Owl Farm. Opaque dark brown with very small frothy beige head, faint berry like aroma, low carbonation, sweetish black tea/mocha taste with a bit of fruity flavor, slight kick from the pepper, smooth body, long sweetish finish with some pepper aftertaste. Smooth, a bit too sweet.

Sampled from an 11.15 oz flip top brown bottle this beer poured a very dark brown color with a huge creamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was cola, wood, cherry, vanilla, toasty malts and anise. The flavor was sweet yet bitter with toasty malts, wood, fig, raisin, anise and a bit of cognac. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Odd but interesting.
