The Viez is round and smooth. Fresh with nice sourish apple hints in the background. The winter spices are fine and round, smooth but not too seep. Still nice.

Geruch nach Zimt. Im Antrunk deutlich Zimt, ziemlich süß. Trocken gewürzig, geringe Herbe. Nicht wirklich rund, trocken im Nachhall. 9/7/6/6//7

Klare kräftig goldene Farbe, kein Schaum. Der Geruch ist süß fruchtig, reife Äpfel, Gewürze. Der Geschmack ist süß, sehr fruchtig, reife Äpfel, Gewürze, etwas Zimt.
